Screening
If we have never met, I will need to screen you for safety purposes.
You will find a contact form at the end of the page. Please fill it out entirely and remember to include your references WITH their contact information.
If you do not have references, please send me a picture of your drivers license (You can cover everything except your name and pic.) and employment info. (linkdin is the best way for me).
There are no other screening options. Please respect my wishes and send necessary information in initial contact.
After the screening process is complete, a $100 deposit (that goes toward our session) will be required via amazon gift card, BEFORE scheduling.
**Your deposit is non refundable. If you cancel within 48 hours, a new deposit will be required to book in the future.**
Please note that all house calls require a 90 minute minimum.
